OK so it’s actually been open a little while now but it’s been really busy so I haven’t had the chance to post much about it.
If you know Houghton at all it’s in what used to be called the “Enterprise Center” but is now the “Houghton Business Center” it’s a great location for me being just off the A690 and right between the A1 and A19 (If you need directions you can find them HERE )
I have designed the Studio to be just how I want it entirely practical to help me create the best images that I possibly can for my clients, but hopefully comfortable too.
The only thing missing from a traditional studio is a ‘sales/viewing’ area, and that’s a deliberate choice as I remember many years ago at a big name studio receiving the ‘hard sell’ on buying prints of images I hadn’t seen until 30 seconds earlier in the ‘viewing room’!
Instead I prefer to give my clients a nice online gallery so they can browse at their leisure show their friends and family and then decide if they want to order prints which they can also do online – of course if someone wants my help with selection I will always be happy to have you back and help you go through them but for me the key is it is the client’s choice.
As this is a photography site I think I should show you a few shots of the inside!
