The “Lay-Away” service is offered as a way to help you budget for what can be a substantial investment. It is not “credit” your artwork will only be printed and shipped when the order is paid in full.
I can offer the “Lay-Away” in 2 different ways, you can either opt for an ‘account’ that you can log in to and make payments by card on an ad-hoc basis or you can have a regular fixed payment either 3 monthly payment or 10 weekly payments, collected by direct debit or card.
The detail;
- When placing your order online, select offline payment and I will contact you to ask whether you require an account to pay on an ad-hoc basis or a 3 month / 10 week fixed instalment plan.
- The price at the time you order will be honoured for 3 months from the order date, if you do not complete your payments within the 3 months you will either be offered the current price (including any discounts available at that time) or a refund.
- If the price of your products falls (excluding any limited-time deals or coupons) during the time you are making your order by the time you complete the payments, I will refund the difference and get you the lower price. If the price has risen you will get the lower price as it was when you placed your order.
- If you wish to change your order at any point you may do so but it will be based on the best price at the time of the change any discount codes or offers used on the original order may no longer be available.
- You may request a refund at any time which I will process by bank transfer, however, an admin fee of 1.5% of the balance up to a maximum of £10 will be deducted to cover the costs incurred in running the “Lay-Away” account.
- Lay-Away is only available where the order total is more than £100.
